We will meet at the Avenir Museum’s main building at 216 East Lake Street. It contains three of the five exhibits.
The museum opens at 11am, so we need to leave the Denver area around 9:30am. Please try to contact other members so we can carpool. I am happy to drive a couple more people in my car, just let me know so we can meet. Please let me know if you plan to come, so that I know to expect you.
From Denver, head north on I-25 to Exit 268 – Prospect Rd.
Turn left, so you are going west on Prospect.
Turn right on Remington St, so you are going north.
Turn right on the next street – East Lake St and you are there!
Following the museum, we will eat lunch at a local restaurant and visit The Zipper Lady Warehouse. Plan on this being an all day trip. Hope everyone can come. This is such a treasure and great place for learning.
